In less than 24 hours, we will officially enter a brand new year. If you haven’t started thinking about what you want to achieve in 2022, it’s about time to start thinking now. 

 

Maybe you haven't had much luck with keeping your New Year's resolutions in the past. But it's never too late to turn over a new leaf—and New Year's Day 2022 is as good a time as any!

Give more compliments

 

A little compliment can go a long way. In fact, research has shown that receiving a compliment can enhance positivity in relationships and increase general happiness. And giving compliments can be just as uplifting as receiving them—so you'll brighten their day and yours!

Take a social media break

 

Taking a break from social media can help decrease the feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression brought on by excessive scrolling. Let’s live in the real-life, not in social media.
